Introduction

I saw something similar to this on tv and it looked awesome. They are really easy to make, taste good, and very kid friendly. I saw something similar to this on tv and it looked awesome. They are really easy to make, taste good, and very kid friendly.

Ingredients

    1 refridgerated pack Crescent Rolls
    1 pack Beef Brats, or Turkey Brats
    1 Tbsp shredded Cheddar Cheese per Brat.

Directions

Preheat oven. Line a cookie sheet w/ foil and spray w/ cooking spray.
Roll out crescent rolls on a flat surface.
Cut cooked whole brats in half making 2 little brats. Make a slit in the middle and stuff with shredded cheese. Place stuffed brat on crescent roll and roll dough around it. Place seam side down on cookie sheet.
Bake in over 15 minutes.
1 serving equals 2 'Blankets'. Makes 5 servings.

    I love quick & easy meals & this was exactly that. I had bought brats w/cheese already in them & added a shredded mix to half which made them more cheesy. Very good & great for a quick weekend meal. - 5/5/10
