Ingredients

    lean ground beef
    diced tomatos
    chopped onion
    chopped green bell pepper
    chili powder
    ground cumin
    garlic powder
    ground pepper, salt
    oregano
    sugar
    cayenne pepper
    red kidney beans

Directions

1. Brown meat
2. Add onions and pepper while meat is almost all browned
3. Add spices
4. Add diced tomatos
5. Drain/rinse beans and add to meat
6. Mix everything together and smmer for at least 90 min.
