Ingredients

2-1/2 C Bisquick
1/4 C sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C fruit yogurt (or 1 ea 3-oz fruit smoothie)
2 tbsp butter, melted
Cinnamon/sugar for topping
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
2. Combine Bisquick and 1/4 Cup sugar
3. Stir together the egg, yogurt and melted butter
4. Stir yogurt mixture into the Bisquick/sugar mix, mixing just until the scone dough clings together.
5. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for 8 to 10 strokes. Pat or roll scone dough to form a circle, about 1" thick. Cut the dough into wedges. Sprinkle each with cinnamon sugar.
6. Place the wedges on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 425 degrees until golden. Servings: 16 servings.
