Introduction

Ingredients

.5 cup oatmeal ( not instant!)
2 cups kashi GoLean Cereal ( or similar)
.5 cup almonds
2 tbs Almond butter
Cinnamon
3 eggwhites
1 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs Honey
1/3 cup Ground golden flax seed
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Line a 5 x 9 pan with parchment paper ( avoid cooking sprays or oil as it will deflate meringue)
Whip egg whites, honey and brown sugar to stiff meringue.
Fold in all other ingredients
Drop and smooth into the pan, pressing it into corners evenly.
Place in over for 5 minutes. Turn off oven and let continue to "bake" in cooling oven for next 1 -2 hours until firm. Remove from pan and cut to squares.
