Ingredients

Beef, flank steak, 100 grams -2 8z steaks
*Bell pepper, green - WHOLE, - sliced into strips
*Red Onion Raw- 1 med onion sliced into strips
*Fajita Seasoning Mix, McCormick, 2 tsp - one packet
*GV Veg oil (1 tbsp), 1 tbsp
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
*Pico De Galo, 4 serving (2 tbs a piece)
Great Value Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp total 2 tbs a piece
Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar (1 serving = 1/4 cup), 4 serving
Don Pablos Small Flour Tortilla, 8 total- 2 tortilas per person per serving.
Directions
combine the seasoning mix and water and oil and cover the steak with this mixture and marinade for a couple hours.
Slice onion and pepper into strips
in a hot pan, put steaks in and cook over med-high heat until med rare.
Remove the steaks from pan and set aside to rest.
Add onions and peppers into pan and cook over medium heat.
Slice up steak on the bias and add it back into pan. You may want to add a little water so there is juice. Cook for a few min until peppers and onions are a little soft.
Steam tortillas and serve with pico de galo, fat free sour cream and shredded cheese on the side.
this makes enough for 4 people - 2 fajitas per person.
