Ingredients

    1/2 cup Self Rising Cornmeal
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1/4 cup 1% milk

Directions


Mix all three ingredients well.
Heat griddle until drop of water bounces then evaporates
Spray griddle lightly with Pam or other cooking spray
Pour 1/3 batter onto griddle cook 1 1/2 minute or
until bubbles form around edges and begin to break
Flip cake over and cook other side until done
