Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 1/2 C
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray. In large bowl,mix together applesauce, splenda, and vanilla untill well blended. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold in zucchino. Batter will appear dry but will moisten with the zucchini. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 min.
