Introduction

I always make this shake when I'm a little low on protein for the day, or when I want something yummy that's still nutritious. You'd never guess that it wasn't loaded with calories and fat! The yogurt used is really high in protein, compared to other yogurts, even though I usually steer away from low-carb products. The ingredients are also inexpensive, and there's no protein powder to buy! You can play around with different flavors of yogurt and/or fruits, but this combo is definitely my favorite! Ingredients

    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1 fresh banana, medium size
1 Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt, Strawberry or Strawberry-Banana
2 sweetener packets (I prefer Equal, but any kind works!)

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processer, and mix until smooth. The shake will be pretty thick; if you prefer a thinner shake, just add 1tbs of additional milk. Enjoy!
