Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 3/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    3/4 cup dried fruit (can be fresh too, may affect baking time)
    3 1/3 cups skim milk
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs beaten
    1 Tbl. canola oil
    1 Tbl. vanilla

Directions

Mix dry incredients together. Add wet incredients and fruit. Stir together. Pour into greased 9 1/2 round cake pan. It will fill to just short of the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

Cut into 12 slices.
