Ingredients

    2 16 oz cans of garbanzo beans, drain, save liquid
    5 Tbl of tahini paste
    1 Tbl of crushed garlic
    4 Tbl olive oil
    1 Tbl of lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Combine ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with reserved bean liquid or water.

Makes approximately 12, 1/4 cup servings
