Introduction

On a low carb diet, you can have your cake and eat it too. I make this for special occasions when everyone else is eating cake. Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 egg
    Half and Half Cream, 3 tbsp
    Splenda, 2 tbsp
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Carbquick - Low Carb Baking Mix made with Carbalose flour, 3 tbsp
    Max Protein Powder, chocolate, 1 scoop

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a microwavable bowl or mug. Microwave until spongy like a cake. In my low-power microwave, it takes 3 minutes.
