Ingredients

1 tbsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Dark Sesame Oil
1/2 oz Pepper, Serrano
1 lb Whole Natural Almonds
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sauce, Worcestershire
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the ginger and kosher salt in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Seed the pepper, then chop it fine.
In a saute pan over medium high heat pour olive oil and sesame oil. When hot, add the pepper and the almonds. Toss and cook 5 minutes.
Add the soy and worcestershire and continue to cook 1 minute more.
Remove from heat and dump the almonds into the bowl of ginger and salt. Toss to coat.
Spread evenly on to the prepared baking sheet and bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
Cool and enjoy.
I used 1 oz (about 24 nuts) as a serving.
