Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
    • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
    • 1 cup rolled oat
    • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    • 2 over ripe banana's (mashed)
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 cups buttermilk
    • 2 tablespoons raw Organic Honey
    • 1/4 cup almond oil

    • 1/4-1/2 chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Directions
In a large bowl mix the top 8 dry ingredients together, and combine well.

Mash the bananas.
Beat the eggs.
Add the buttermilk, almond oil, and raw honey to the eggs and bananas.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and mix just until blended.
Add chopped optional nuts, and give another stirr.

Spray pan or griddle with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour 1/2-3/4 cup of pancake batter per pancake onto griddle.

Cook on medium heat for 3+ minutes until bubbles form, flip and cook the other side for about a minute.
