Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I love this low fat Southern banana pudding recipe! Yum!
Very nice! I changed a little using sugar free Cool Whip. Hope to try making my own vanilla wafers. This is an easy, quick recipe to make and a great treat!
I used nonfat plain yogurt instead if whipped cream and jello cheesecake instead of the vanilla.
This is an all time fav. When I went to the low sugar pudding mix no one noticed! I tend to use more bananas and less wafers to cut some calories as well!
I liked the low fat sour cream idea and use low fat vanilla wafers. I will make this again.
I LOVE BANANA PUDDING BUT I ALWAYS FIX MY THE OLD FASHION WAY AND I KNOW IT WILL BE LOAD DOWN WITH CALORIES, SO I GOING TO TRY THIS ONE OUT SO THANKS
do you think it would ruin it to fortify with some protein powder?
Very yummy and can't tell it is low fat. Just have to make sure I don't eat more than one serving!
Couldn't tell the difference. I don't think I'd ever make the full fat version again. Spectacular! Thank you for the recipe! We measured it out and came up with 3/4 cup per serving (including cookies).
This is the real thing, real southern banana pudding, and yet low in calories/fat! Amazing! It even passed the test with my boyfriend who used to live in the south and talked about this pudding before. He didn't even notice it was diet-friendly! Yummm.
I make this recipe quite often but add low-fat sour cream to it also. Really makes a difference. I don't drizzle milk on the cookies though.
Did you know that there are sugar free Vanilla Wafers now. THey are made by Murray's. There is a whole line of cookies from them.
A low fat, low cal dessert that satisfies the sweet tooth! I put them in individual serving dishes so Ican control the portions or I would eat way too much at a time!
Yummy! My whole family loved it and had no idea they were eating low fat!
Thanks. This is one of my favorite deserts. I always made it full fat everthing but considering each of the ingredients comes in low cal or fat free options I'm going to start making this again. Only 208 cals and good size portion!
