Low Fat Chili Dogs

This is a quick recipe and is best served over a salad, bread (sandwich), or on crackers for lunch. It can also be served with rice for dinner.

I am all for easy because I don't consider myself a cook. I had some cucumbers and green peppers from my in-laws' garden and I wanted to use them for something.

This is my favorite chicken salad and everyone who tries it has been hooked! I buy a package of mini sweet peppers so I can add more variety with color and it gives it that crunch it needs since I hate celery.

Eggplant in Tomato Sauce

Good main dish for lunch on lettuce.

I add onion powder and garlic powder to taste. Those are my favorite spices.
