Perfect for two for a high protein lunch. A delicious wrap filled with ham, salami, and pepperoni. Lettuce and tomato included. I prefer it with Hidden Valley spicy ranch dressing, but any dressing can be substituted for less calories. Cheese can also be left out.
My first experiment with chicken nuggets... They fell apart, so I might need more mayo or more 'something else'... They worked well as BIG nuggets to be eaten with forks. Still sooo yum!

It's tomato season! I love home-grown tomatoes. (I wouldn't try this with store-bought tomatoes.) This recipe can be slimmed down by using a lower-calorie mayonnaise and less of it, lettuce instead of bread, smaller pieces of bread or something else.
