I had some peppers and ham that needed to be eaten at the inlaws and their food isn't very healthy so this was a great alternative. I actually couldn't eat it all. It made about 10 oz and I only ate about 6 oz.
Yum, makes 4 1 cup servings. I tried to pour myself 12 oz, but couldn't drink it all.
We love pumpkin pancakes and with this pack of wheat "easy pack", we can whip up a batch in no time. YUM!

I often get the same made up salad at Ruby Tuesday's and then just put 1/2 T Blue Cheese dressing on the 1st time and Catalina (French) on the second time around. It's a pain in the butt to have to add in all the ingredients every time I go, so I decided to make a recipe. I'm guessing on the measurements of course.

I basically just used the box mix as directed and cooked in my waffle iron. Pretty good with frozen fruit on top. Makes 9 1/2 servings of 2 triangles each
I saw a recipe for one with cranberries and orange zest or peal and love nuts. I searched for other crockpot recipes and couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I found plenty of pumpkin bread recipes and some that had whole wheat and used cranberries. I adjusted the sugar and this is what I came up with and it tastes pretty good. 1 oz is a small serving but if you pair it with other things for breakfast it's alright, besides the nutritions is great so you can eat more anyway!
Chicken Salad can get so fatty with too much mayonaisse. this recipe has more mustard for less fat, and a tasty zing!
