A quick way to do chicken. I love these. Adding things will make the calories go up. I add cheese in mine.
This is what I did with my leftover chicken breast. Quick and easy. The stats will be a little higher if anything else is added. I thought about adding celery and onions, but it was too late for this time. Will add them next time.

I don't know what they used to find the calories in their chops, I used Calorie King. Mine also does not include the mustard. I forgot to buy it.
This is a Jamie Oliver recipe, adapted by the wonderful website Serious Eats.
Though the recipe does not call for it., I brown the chicken in small batches and remove them from the Dutch oven before adding the vegetables, then I re-add all the chicken at the same time as the flour. But if you don't have time, the method in the recipe is wonderful.
