Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    Deer Meat, 48 oz or can use beef round steak
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp, fresh or powered
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Pam Cooking Spray, Butter Flavored, 4 serving
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Green Beans (snap), 2 cup, or your favorite vegies
    White Rice, long grain, 1/2 cup
    Tomato juice, with salt added, 2 cup


Directions

Cut meat into bite size pieces and place in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add onions and green peppers. Saute for 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and 1 cup of water. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and simmer for 1 hour. Add rice, tomato juice, 2 cups water and green beans, simmer an additional 20 minutes.
