Ingredients

    1 large Green Pepper
    1 large Red Pepper
    1 large Yellow Pepper
    1 Summer squash
    1 Roma tomato
    1 small green chili
    1 Zucchini
    1/2 large Red Onion
    Cooking Spray (Food Club, All Natural Canola)

Directions

Seed and Chop all veggies and skewer on skewers. spray each kabob and grill till tender yet crisp.
Makes 8 kabobs.
