I have been loving pumpkin and so now that I have the Vitamix this will be a regular for me.
I found this one in the book and changed a few things according to my family's likes. I omitted the cinnamon because they didn't like it the 1st time and used fresh blueberries because we get them often.
I found this recipe stuck in my Cuisinart manual and used Fage instead of vanilla yogurt and tried a banana even though my daughter and I don't like them. I could tolerate it, but she didn't. So, maybe 1/2 of one next time.

I'm not sure how the calories really work with this recipe because I don't eat the cranberries, or oranges, we just use them for flavor. Hmmmm. I'm guessing it's a bit less.
Enjoy!
