This is the usual master cleanse recipe with lemon, but I've added a jalapeno pepper to help clean out the intestines in a hurry! Use organic if you can and try to buy from local farmers. (That's easy for me to say, I live in California!) Try the cleanse because it fills you up and melts pounds pretty quickly.)
