Classic Cajun jambalaya that is easy to create and everyone loves. The complex flavors make it easy to "hide" some extra veggies in it for picky eaters.
Adapted from Hey That Taste's Good. This dough is quite fragile when rolled out. Make sure to flour your cutting board and rolling pin before rolling out the wrappers. If you find the wrapper breaking apart when you roll it out, don't worry - simply gather up the dough and roll it out again. You can also patch up any tears in the dough with a bit of water and a small piece of extra dough or glutinous flour. Don't worry about the appearance of these dumplings. it takes practice to make them look pretty, but they taste delicious nonetheless.
So moist it will almost melt in your mouth. This is not low fat, that will be my next try. The apple juice adds the perfect touch of sweetness.
As 2 cup servings, this is extremely filling. This is good with a slice or two of homemade cheesy polenta and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

This is not too sweet, if you really want it sweeter, double the coconut sugar. Top with some fresh berries or other fruit.
Add a little vanilla, cinnamon, salt and water to make this recipe AMAZING!!
