Ingredients

    2 cups gluten free oats
    1/2 cup raisins or your choice dried fruit
    1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts (optional)
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Tips

For nutritional information I used 1/4 of raisins and 1/4 of dried blueberries. Experiment with white or regular chocolate chips and different types of dried fruit.


Directions

Mix everything together adding more oats as needed if overly moist.
Roll spoonfuls into tight balls and refrigerate
