Japanese Golden Curry
This curry is made from the Japanese style curry mix Golden Curry. it is very delicious and is served over rice traditionally, or can be served over mashed potatoes for a curry beef shepherds pie.
Chicken Tikka Masala
A lighter version of this favorite. I serve it with brown basmati rice that is cooked with a teaspoon of tumeric. When the rice is done, add a half cup of frozen peas, stir into rice and cover for five minutes before serving.
