Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Orange lentils-2/3 cup
    Tomato Paste, 1 can 6oz
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp
    3 plum tomato
    Cumin seed, 2 tsp(remove)
    Goat meat (boneless), 16 oz diced
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    4 cups water

Directions

Brown meat in a olive oil. Remove from pan. Chop onion and add to pot, add spices and stir fry a few minutes. Add tomato's, tomato paste and red pepper.
Add 4 cups of water, return meat to pot and simmer for one and half hours. Add lentils and let them cook in the chili broth until tender-about 30 minutes.
