Higher fat, non-lean ground beef is a must. For an extra surprise, add chunks of cheddar inside the loaf for gooey goodness.
This recipe uses reduced sugar ketchup but a homemade, low carb barbecue sauce is a great substitution.
I serve this with mashed loaded turnips, cooked like potatoes, drained, with cream, butter, bacon, and sour cream!
