Here is my first recipe submission. This came out of a Healthy Cooking magazine. It was so easy to make and my husband and I loved it. In fact he said it tasted like "more," so I'm sure I'll be making it again.
Just one issue came up when submitting it. There was a conflict between the nutritional values given in the recipe (based on 4 servings) and those calculated through SP. So I adjusted the number of servings on SP to bring values more in sync.

Use with eggs for a high protein breakfast, or mix with cabbage for a complete, low carb dinner.
This spaghetti sauce is our families favorite. Serve over a good whole grain spaghetti or the Barilla Plus spaghetti. I use this same sauce to make Ziti or Lasagna.
The longer this sauce simmers the better it tastes. I usually start cooking it around 10:00 a.m. and use it for dinner at 5:00 p.m..
