This is a very clean dish it can be served as a starter or main meal with sliced sweet potato.
The ingredients may seem odd, but these are really yummy pancakes. Light and fluffy. Just make sure to have the pan hot enough that they cook through, and don't pat them down with your spatula!

I've made this one a smidgen healthier by using the whole wheat macaroni, and using a cheese sauce that does not require butter to prepare. Mmmm... Creamy and filling!
