Roasted fresh halibut with lemon; braised kale with whole garlic; mixed salad with avocado, toasted almond and chickpeas; panna cotta (whole milk ricotta, 2% yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, almond extract) with floating raspberries,blackberries and blueberries
Just something small I made for lunch. You can eat all in one sitting, but I like to split it into two and eat it for morning tea and lunch :)
Brown rice is super filling and I find I don't need to eat that much of it! Although I want to because it tastes so good ;)
