Another recipe for my wife who loves fine dinning but has to stick to a thousand calories a day so this beautifully tasting and very filling meal fits the bill at 355 calories for a large portion.
This should of course be served with chips, (that's French fries to the yanks out there), but her indoors can't have those so she will make do with a very small slice of French bread to dip up the juices. On the other hand I will be having them with good British thrice cooked chips in Beef dripping and lots of fresh french bread!

This is very easy and very quick to make and is also really low calorie but very tasty.
I'm making up all these recipes because my wife has put herself on a 'One Thousand Calorie' a day diet BUT she still wants all the normal tasty and filling meals so I have to come up with the ideas and thought I could keep them all on this site so I don't have to keep adding up all the ingredients/calories each time I make one of my recipes.
