Since I don't really care for the taste of fish and the parmesan/bread crumbs I would normally use is to high in sodium for me I had to come up with something different and this is the result.
Although it is over 500 calories for this, it is high in protein and omega 3 so it is very healthly.
if u have any left over spoon into voula vount cases & top with cheese & bake for tomorrows dinner...yum!
I have a ton of tomatoes and veggies to use up from the garden, so I thought I'd make a mish mash of veggies and pasta, with a few shrimp thrown in.

This is a quick summery dish that it so delish. It would make a great appetizer, served with crusty bread or even on top of tortilla chips, or even on a sandwich. Yum! I put two servings, since this is my hubby's and my dinner, but this recipe could serve 3 to 4 people.
Low carb tuna salad. If you are looking for low-fat or low-calorie, this ain't it.
Adjust the mayo and relish to taste.
A quick salmon salad - I've also made it with tzatziki sauce instead of mayo and it tastes just as good.
