This is a tasty, healthful side to take to picnics and parties. I always get compliments on it and never have leftovers. I think it's even more delicious when served at room temperature after all of the ingredients have marinated together!
Saw this on Dr. Oz. I use Wax Orchard Fruit Sweet instead of Dark Brown Sugar and Bragg instead of Fish Sauce.

Use it as a salad base, puree in smoothies, add to omelets or sprinkle in soups and chilis. I use it in everything for added nutrition and to stretch the calories.
