You can adjust the veggies to anything you want really, but basics are onion, carrot, and frozen peas after that anything u want to add in is up to you, this is just what I had in my fridge sor leftovers.

This is a really good high protein low fat breakfast or pre or post work out meal with a little kick. This is my favorite breakfast and I eat 1 slice natural whole wheat toas and plain non fat greek yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Yummy!

This makes a great addition to a veggie wrap, or you can spread it on crackers or use as a veggie dip! Just spicy enough to be interesting!
