This is a delicious Tunisian Harissa. It is NOT too hot as a dip, but it has good spices when you want some flavor - use as a dip, dressing, tossed w/pasta, rice, over veggies or meats. If you have le tabil spices, use that in place of the ground coriander. The 4 servings is for a dip. With less oil and no water, it is a hot Harissa to be added by the tsp full into a recipe. Try it!

This is just a recipie that I have come up with. The my family really enjoys these with soup, or for breakfast with a little jelly.
