I use Penzey's Balti Seasoning in this recipe. Here's the ingredient list if you're curious (you'll see why I let them do the mixing!):

I love Anko, but the ones that I got from the local asian bakery/grocery shop is made with sugar, which is a LOT of calories. So, I made my own using Splenda

This is a low-fat version an old traditional recipe. It makes a great morning hot cereal that tastes like pumpkin pie! It's not sweetened so you may want to add some brown sugar or honey on top.
