Ingredients

    cooked brown rice
    carrots shredded
    garlic minced
    onion chopped
    jalepeno minced
    ginger root grated
    olive oil
    soy sauce
    broccoli chopped

Directions

Stir fry veggies in olive oil until crisp tender. Add Egg and scramble. Add rice and heat through. Add soy sauce and mix well and heat through. Makes 4 2c servings
