    3 zucchini, chopped
    1 jar of roasted peppers(10.6 oz), chopped
    28 oz can of diced tomatoes
    2 cans of great northern beans
    8 cups of water
    1 clove of chopped garlic
    basil and oregano to taste
    1 tbsp red chile flakes (optional)


Combine all ingredients into a 6 qt crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Add a dash of parmesan cheese for extra flavor before serving.
Makes 12 servings, 2 cups each.
