Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
SPICY RIBS!!! These ribs are not the best for you but with a few tweaks I think they could get pretty close. You will need salt, pepper and chile pepper at the beginning to season the ribs, just sprinkle on the ribs what looks good to you. Then use the measured salt and pepper for the sauce.
