Crustless apple "pie"
One of the easiest and quickest deserts ever. Also very easy to adjust for your personal needs. Can make with Splenda or Sugar, whipped cream (light, heavy, can or home-whipped)...a perfect light touch on a cool night.
The nutritional information here uses Splenda and pressurized whipped cream.
If you want a little crunch, you can always add a sprinkle of oats across the top, too.
