One of the easiest and quickest deserts ever. Also very easy to adjust for your personal needs. Can make with Splenda or Sugar, whipped cream (light, heavy, can or home-whipped)...a perfect light touch on a cool night.The nutritional information here uses Splenda and pressurized whipped cream.

Ingredients

2 medium Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 TBL butter
mix of Splenda and Cinnamon at a 2/1 ratio (approximately 2 TBL Splenda to 1 TBL Cinnamon)
Whipped cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Using 4 individual ramekins, layer each with apple slices, butter, and cinnamon/splenda mix - making sure that the top is buttered and seasoned.
Place all 4 dishes on a baking dish, and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. (If you do this while eating, they will be fresh and hot for desert).
Allow to cool approximately 5 minutes before topping with whipped cream and serving.
