Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I left out the flour/olive oil meat browning and just put everything into the crock pot. I used 1/2 V8 and 1/2 Tomato which raised the sodium, but with no other added salt. I also added some Cajun spice to give it more zing.
This has a little too much garlic for my taste and needs some salt. But the V-8 makes a nice thick stew. I would make this again, but would probably add more seasoning.
Very good... needs a little salt.
