Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Added a handful of blueberries, then topped with vanilla Greek yogurt and more berries. Tastes like a 1000 calorie restaurant dessert!
This was sinful. I sprinkled a pinch of cinnamon and sugar on top and enjoyed this goodie warm. I will be making this again. Who says you can't diet and eat cake!?
Tried it with cinnamon sugar - overcooked it, was salty and not much taste...don't think it was the recipe as much as it was the cook. Gonna try it again without pam and only half the salt..microwaves all cook differently, it's gotta be in the timing.
This is amazing.. Really!! I didn't use Pam cause I mixed everything in the mug so as not to dirty an extra bowl and nothing came close to sticking. I also sprinkled about 1/2 Tbsp of cinnamon sugar on top. Delicious and SOOO fast and easy. Ingredients everyone has and no eggs! Brilliant :D
Great recipe! I made a few substitutions. I used 1T coconut flour and 1T AP flour. I used only 1T of sugar and used vanilla almond milk. Definitely satisfied my craving! I was afraid the portion size was too small, but it was perfect. I added some Speculoos cookie spread and chocolate soy icecream.
Yummy! I substituted Splenda brown sugar blend, skim milk & only put 1/2 tbs oil, added a little extra vanilla & it was great. Really small serving though since its a 2 serving recipe.
Really good, Pam was not needed,it didn't stick a bit. Very light, fluffy, and moist. As said by another user, it really only serves half a serving, it only filled half a mug. I will double the recipe and maybe lower the sugar to my liking next time. Lovely for a quick and easy snack, will make again
I added the tsp of cocoa powder and used half Splenda for the sugar, it took 1 1/2min... it was awesome! I've tried a couple others from box mixes and this is WAY better!
Very good! I used 3 packets of splenda instead of the sugar. Just enough to satisfy my cake craving!
I've made this recipe several times now and am changing my rating to 5 stars because of the versatility. I've changed it a little bit. I used 100% stone ground whole wheat flour and 3 packets of stevia in place of the sugar. I also added 2 tsp of cocoa powder. It works great! I love this recipe!
this was SOOOO good! better than i expected. This one had the right texture too! moist, and almost cupcake like! instead of 1.5 tbsp sugar I used 1 tbsp sugar and .5 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener. I also put some cinnamon in the batter. It was a success!
