Very bland. I added some salt,pepper and curry. The curry gave it a little kick but it still needs something else - maybe soy sauce as someone else suggested.
Quinoa has so much protein as opposed to just a bunch of starch! Can't wait to try this recipe!
I introduced my husband to quinoa yesterday with another recipe I tried from the recipe collection. Since I added no salt, his only comment was 'it could use some salt and what is wrong with plain old rice. I plan to try this recipe as he really likes pea pods but add low sodium soy sauce to his.
