I would try brushing on olive oit before I would try fat free salad dressing.
My variation uses lemon, dijon, real butter & dill. I won't use anything called 'fat free' or 'whipped salad dressing' - loaded with additives.
Sounds great. Love to add a little extra to the fish without too many calories. I like a few breadcrumbs on top also, but not necessary.
Sounds like a yummy recipe regardless of the fish used, will be trying this next time I have fish.....whipped salad dressing aka fat free miracle whip I do believe :)
