Nutrition & Calorie Comments

ADD JALEPENOS FOR SPICE AND A CAN OF KIDNEY BEANS FOR PROTEIN. UPS THE CALORIE COUNT A BIT, BUT WORTH IT, AS IT IS FILLING ENOUGH TO BE LUNCH ALONE.
I didn't love this. The broth was tasty with tomatoes and seasonings, but very high in sodium. Maybe it was the cabbage that turned me off. Both times I ate it I couldn't bring myself to finish the bowl, especially after it cooled a bit. This would be good for the 1st week when you are starving.
