Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Cooked this in the crock pot, as well. Skipped the salt and the soy sauce. Tasted enough salt w/the worcestershire sauce, which added a deep flavor to the beef, too.

Added lots of veggies -- carrots, onions, turnips, parsnips, small potatoes. Delish.
Made this tonight for dinner just with lower sodium options and unsweetened applesauce and cooked it in the rotisserie. Everyone loved it and only takes about 45-60 minutes to cook.
