Next time I make these I'm going to use about 3/4 the baking soda, none of the sweetener and sugar, and twice the cinnamon. Still tasty!
These were so great! I cut back on the sugar as well. With so many apples it all isn't needed. The apples naturally sweeten the muffin up! This recipe is good for a special breakfast to share with friends!
Delicious! At first I thought "that's a lot of apples" but I think I will try with even more to spread this out further. I did not use any sugar but I used about 1/4 cup Splenda. I also used 1/2 cup applesauce and 1 Tbsp.oil. I love these! The tops turn out very nice too!
