This recipe was quick and easy. The salsa was amazing. I'll make that with other proteins as well. I think it would go great with BBQ chicken or anything cooked on the grill.
Yum!! Help me here--I omitted the olive oil and used Pam olive oil for the sauting the shrimp and corn. How much did the fat grams decrease? Will definitely make this one a keeper!
