Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I left out the salt and sugar and used egg substitute. Added a little extra because of some of the dry comments above. Very good!
This cornbread was very good. We left out the sugar and added some red pepper. Yummy!
I really enjoyed this with chili last night. It wasn't as fluffy and moist was the corn bread I normally make but at half the calories, I thougth it was pretty tasty.
